Beach/Pier

North beach's lots of Wind and Blowing Sand amking the North Beach's hard to fish. NNE wind up to 25 knts or so kept most Anglers Scrambling for the South facing Beach's. Hatteras Beach's were Packed with Anglers. Blues Pups and a Real nice Flounder (caught in his Cast Net) Pretty Work Dave..
